22 momme silk has 20% more silk than 19 momme silk. The 22 momme weave is much denser and and lasts longer than 19 momme silk. 22 momme silk fabric has almost double the expected life than 19 momme silk fabric, has a better sheen and lustre, as well as being more durable.
